In doing research on the phase composition of titanium anode film and oxidation film is ordinary roentgen(X-ray)amorphous thin film,when forming the thin film has a low potential breakdown level^according to some of the author's opinion,form a thin film under the condition of a certain voltage breakdown is always found in the process of anodic film with the formation of crystals.Titanium on the surface of anodized film has high oxidation resistance.The oxide of low-molecular weight titanium was found under titanium dioxide(Ti02).When the formation potential of the oxide was raised,the thickness increased and the low-molecular weight titanium oxide in the film decreased.Titanium oxide formation potential zone,found on titanium surface composition Ti50B to titanium oxide,the range of titanium oxide increased with the increase of the anodic potential into titanium dioxide Ti02(eight stone),according to the anode potential to increase the degree of titanium oxide film composition change,oxidation degree shift from zero to very high.
Because spark temperature is sufficient for the polymorphic transition from octahedral to rutile,it has not been elucided why a quasi-stable variation of the oxide can be observed in the coating.Even as a result of plasma spraying alumina,although the temperature of the oxide sprayed is very high,but still get low temperature variant.This is in the use of plasma spraying and micro-arc oxidation,can be found in the formation of the coating process to determine the similarities.It seems that the main reason may be its activity,a small part of its oxide layer melts during micro-arc oxidation,and its molten content cools violently while micro-arc is moving.Short-term discharge is helpful to form the amorphous phase in the coating.As a result of the rapid cooling in the electrolyte of the tiny segment of the anode that bears the breakdown,the quenching of the thin film material occurs without reaching the thermodynamic equilibrium and forming the crystalline phase completely.
Roentgen amorphous form of this kind of film studies have found that there exists a variant in amorphous form matrix屮polycrystalline organization(eight stone),formed in sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid membrane is composed of crystalline forms of TiO2,the phase is the crystallization of the condition of voltage increases.In this paper,the crystallization of sheet titanium ore under low density current condition is studied by means of crystal chart bearing method.It was determined that anodic film TiO2 was in the variant state of anatase(octahedral).Rutile inclusions of variable titanium oxides were found by film spark voltage asymptotic method under forming voltage condition.As we continue to increase the voltage across the membrane,it completely turns into rutile.
Forming a coating under pressure,the coating is composed entirely of(octahedral)deforming Tif,generally speaking,or lack of rutile phase or its content is not obvious.Octahedron-rutile conversion can be realized in the temperature range of 600-1200 degrees,and the synthesis depends on the synthesis(synthesis)method and the medium composition,due to the incoherent ion oxide in the medium and the synthesis.
