Xi'an Seal Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. was foundedin 1994, and its predecessor is Xi'an Huatai Nonferrous MetalIndustry Co., Ltd.Xi'an Seal Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. belongs to Shaanxi high-tech enterprise, an its holding company is Northwest Nonferrous Metal Research Institute. The company has been engaged in the design, development and production service of glass-to-metal sealing products for nearly 30 years. At present, the products mainly include primary lithium battery, thermal battery cover group, aerospace connector, radio frequency microwave sensor, automobile sensor, high temperature and high voltage insulated connector and other glass sealing products, as well as special sealing glass powder and glass coating products. The company has developed and produced more than 300 kinds of products, which are widely used in aerospace, new energy batteries, photoelectric communication, automotive electronics, oil exploration and other fields.
Relying on the Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, the company focuses on the development, production and service of high-tech and high added value products. The company has made many achievements in the theoretical research and application promotion of metal glass sealing. It has won 4 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological achievements and more than 20 projects supported by the Ministry of science and technology, provincial and municipal governments. It has more than 30 national invention patents and many utility model patents.
The company is located in Jingwei Industrial Park of Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 20000 square meters, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The company has set up sealing factory, marketing department, process technology department, R&D department, quality department, safety and environmental protection department, general office and other departments.The company has passed GB/T 19001-2016 quality management system certification and ROHS certification. Through years of R&D and technological innovation, the company has formed an annual production capacity of more than 120 million glass sealing products and achieved an annual production capacity of 50 tons of special sealing glass materials.
